Pokemon Trainer OC: Kimmi

A little pokémon-training lady I came up with while indulging in a nostalgia trip to Pokémon Silver/Gold
Initially I wanted to do something less cutesy since she was supposed to be the daughter of gym leader Chuck, but then those Cleffa hair decorations popped up all by themselves aaand so much for that plan
As a result, her personality simultaneously changed from being a heir to Chuck's badassery and obsession with throwing rocks around for fun to a more bubbly yet strong-willed spring chicken
